If your pet requires medical treatment, you will be advised and all fees will be charged back to the pet owner at cost.

If your pet is not collected within 7 days of the agreed departure date, the animal will become the property of ‘The Animal Care House’ to rehome, sell or dispose of as deemed necessary.

A copy of current vaccination certificates are required for all boarders. Frontline solution will be administered to all pets on arrival to prevent fleas and ticks. Please advise if your pet has a known allergy.

Kennel Cough vaccine is required for all boarders and is to be administered no later than 3 weeks prior to boarding.
